We are visiting family and friends in SC for a week, so running takes on a whole new meaning. It is terribly hot AND humid down here, so eeking out a few miles an accomplishment. I took my husband along with me this morning for a run since the heat is so bad, just in case I needed some assistance. We trudged through 3 miles, then promptly entered the pool!
